What do you mean you can't delete?
Do you mean deleting the mails after you've sent them or delete the mails that you've received?
As for the other problem, if you are sending mails from Hotmail to any other accounts like Gmail or Yahoo!, be prepared that it takes at least 1 day for it to arrive. -

Absolutely no problem.
Sending, deleting and receiving.
Send test msg from hotmail to yahoo ac.
Received test msg in the time it takes to sign in.

Not to worries I also have that problem yesterday but today it is ok already. I think they are just doing some maintenance ba.

whenever i try to access inbox or any other folder, it will load very slow and show me this

hmmm... i dunno i got same problem or not...
cos normally i converse with this person thru emaill... and he will normally reply back... but till now.. he never reply to my last email.....
so long already....
