MSN PROBLEM .. ( NEED HELP )

  That day i search the forum here already ..
  They say use the msn cleaner ..
  
  I can clean it , but after around 20mins - 30mins , the virus appear again and started to send things to my contact ,.
  
  Please help me , i don't know what to do
