laptops generally designed to be put on flat hard surfaces...putting them on a soft malleable surface like a bed, pillow, blanket would block the vents found on the underside

Unless u want those threads , cotton to get into your laptop, clogging the fans ect
na, it's alright, but the surface is quite soft and uneven and cloth/matress, are kinda like insulators of heat. it will make your laptop hotter.. -
