Apparently, so. But when you see the rate of their laptops spoiling, you will think if it is. It's a Japan brand though.Originally posted by SpeedStar:is Fujitsu laptop made in japan?
I didn't know that. But I am sure ACER takes the throne of overheating laptops.Originally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:But Toshiba got heat problems...
the current profile and gem travelmate and aspire models have sort of fixed this overheating issues with better layout of its parts....Originally posted by dbowie:I didn't know that. But I am sure ACER takes the throne of overheating laptops.
Toshiba has serious issues.....lolOriginally posted by dbowie:I didn't know that. But I am sure ACER takes the throne of overheating laptops.
ure acer wat model...if bought 1-2 years ago..then very expected....very bad design of internals..they have far improved from those timesOriginally posted by dbowie:My ACER can go up to 90 degrees celcius. God damn it. I am not supporting an Acer anymore.
wat model..?2007 models are a bargain..honestly...if no money..they are a good deal seriouslyOriginally posted by dbowie:A year ago.
And since its running on Dual Core its like a burning beast.
I vouch for Thinkpads, not Lenovo, unless it's a Thinkpad too. Quality difference very big.Originally posted by Rockhound:Toshiba has serious issues.....lol
i've always gotten Lenovos for my organisation's usage..and vouch by them too...
the current Acers arent too bad....especially the Aspire 5920 and Travelmate 6292
the 5920 has superior graphics performance for a laptop of its cheap price
while the 6292 is a good contender for the Lenovo X60 and X61...although missing out by a slight bit
