SDRAM question

i fixed anpther 256MB SDRAM pc133 inside my desktop, which means now currently is 512MB (256x2). but windows XP doesnt seems to detect my RAM, while CPUZ and PC wizard can detect.
how ar? -

it is already 5 years. 1Ghz celeron. -

Can you try swapping the RAM piece around the different slots and see if it works? -

And I doubt at 5 years ago that the integrated graphics card can go up to as high as 256MB...

i koop my gf desktop's 2x256 SDRAM (identical ones) den put inside den can liao.
i think is because of two different RAM dat i put in (mine are two different ones)... -

If even at POST it shows 256MB... that means one of the RAM sticks is going undetected... might be a false detection with CPU-Z and PC Wizard. -
