Just plan to install DOTA and Medal of Honor only in my laptop. But I kinda disappointed with the graphic card.Originally posted by dakkon_blackblade:Yes, but the graphics processor is poor if you want to play much newer games, especially FPSs.
I asked the promoter guy that whether can upgrade the graphic card or not but he said very hard but possible....I thought it's integrated liao, supposed kenot upgrade liao rite?Originally posted by dakkon_blackblade:Should be fine. But to be safe, you should try to go for at least a 256 Mb dedicated graphics card.
very hard? u getting a mini tower or Barebone?Originally posted by Xiao Bao Ge:I asked the promoter guy that whether can upgrade the graphic card or not but he said very hard but possible....I thought it's integrated liao, supposed kenot upgrade liao rite?
Yes, if it's a desktop I think the graphics card can easily be modified or added.Originally posted by casshern:very hard? u getting a mini tower or Barebone?
integrated but u still can buy a graphic card and render the integrated GPU useless.
4GB ram sounds overkill to me lei

i hear somewhere that Vista's bottle neck is still at 2GB ram though, i could be wrongOriginally posted by dakkon_blackblade:Yes, if it's a desktop I think the graphics card can easily be modified or added.
4Gb is not overkill. Windows Vista (I assume it's using that OS) is a well-known resource guzzler.
desktop also have Barebones and mini towers. they are smaller in size but harder to upgrade.Originally posted by Xiao Bao Ge:You mean laptop or desktop??
skip vista, unless u really want the eye candyOriginally posted by Xiao Bao Ge:I'm still considering XP or Vista....can someone enlighten me?
