  why every time i want to open my ipod, i cant.
  
  it will say
  'H:\
  
  Application not found'
  
  so every time when i need to open it, i will have to right click the select explore?

  norm when an app is nt found, the only reason would be that the connection is loose and the computer cant read your ipod, or the ipod is not connected.

  Yar. High chance tio those lame viruses.
  
  Right Click on the IPod Drive, Select explore
  
  Then go tools > folder options and show hidden files
  
  You should see something called .inf
  
  Delete tt and virus scan your Ipod. Should solve the problem 70% of the time.

  installer or autorun file. this is the one blocking direct access to thumb drives usually.

  The autorun.inf file is a sort of installation file that installs silently. Or just right click on the file and select Install.
  
  This is the file that will auto run and install the virus. It doesn't block anything. It's the virus file that is wrecking havoc.

  happened to my pda fone once...damn cb..had to hard reset the fucking thing

  I scan with avg and 'heal' the autorun.inf. but still cannot open by double clicking leh

  format ure storage drive...of course backup wat u need first

  Because it changed some registry settings if I'm not wrong.

  Download this tool, double click to run it.
  
  Your desktop will be gone for a while. If it doesn't re-appear for a long time, do the following:
  
  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager
  
  2. Click on File > New Task (Run...) and type in explorer.exe and press Enter
  
  You should see your desktop
  
  Restart your computer for it to take effect.
