Computer always auto restart or shut down...

  Now my computer have this problem,when surfing the net or watching movie on the net or even playing game.My computer sometimes will auto restart or shut down by it's own.I did a reformat on my computer and the problem still exist.... i even take out the gfx ram and put it back again still happens...i also check my psu nothing wrong. So can anyone tell me what is the problem?My last suspect is my heat sink too much dust? have not try to clean the heat sink yet....

  Check your temperatures. If it still occurs despite keeping it cool, your motherboard is gone case.
  
  I changed my motherboard twice because of this.
