  cos jus nw my d/l was 300+ bytes per seconds . can i check whether y my speed is so slow?

  If it's Singnet, the speed has been going up and down for the past week. If it's slow, it's due to Singnet. No point testing, because the results will be inaccurate.

  dl speed dun jus depend on ur own speed, it oso depends on the server's speed
  for ur case, the server might be very congested as i have nv seen/heard before such a slow dl speed
  either tat or something is wrong with ur ISP liao
  
  to get a rough idea of ur speed, go to www.speedtest.net
