why my internet so slow?

  i went to speedtest.net and it records 2998KB/s
  
  however, i go IGN.com its damn slow,load extremely long, i can't even access wikipedia, firefox start page doesn't load,youtube takes ultra long to stream videos. what happened? it just happened this session of windows....

  if signet, then good luck. Cuz i think it's either they are servicing or the server got problem.

  i called singnet they say no problem, everything is fine, they dun seems to noe wad is wrong with their servers

  Halfway through surfing my connections will die. After that, I have to force a repair and clear the DNS cache for things to work. It's very irritating to do this every few hours.
