  Hey, I was thinking of such a mouse design too.
  
  I tried drawing in Paint with a palm mouse but the lines were shakey. So I thought a slim pen shaped mouse would make sketching easier.
  Chaay! Someone beat me to it. I had the left click, right click and scroll wheel exactly as in that Finger Mouse.
  
  I like to try out this device too.

  Its quite bulky, seems gd for drawing and handwriting but I dun think its gd for prolonged usage.
