Network sharing file questions

i got a office network running wit hfile sharing on, problem is , there are certain file folders that needs to be kept confidential and can only be accessed by me and my Managing Director.
How do i do it? to make certain folder and files in it not accessible to everyone?
we are all running on Windows XP Pro and each computer connects to the internet through a hub. -
Create another group. Add yourself and managing director to that group. Give the rest no read permission.

if files in XP system being shared out...onli a max of 10 users can access it at any one time -
And I hope the systems there are using NTFS... or you are going to have a hard time securing those folders...

all computers in office is using office xp.. i'll try configuring it tonight and see how it goes.. worst come to worst, just buy a small server and place the sensitive marketing datas in there i guess...
