Installing a game (importing reg settings)

Need some help here, maybe cos I seldom download and install games, so I dunno the language they are using in this ReadMe file...it basically contains the instruction to install the game into my PC...
1. overwrite exe from crack dir
2. Import reg settings
3. run MC.EXE
Yes, there is a crack directory, and there is an exe inside, and an exe somewhere else inside another folder...so does it mean I use the exe inside the other folder, copy it and paste it into the crack directory?
And instruction #2...dun really understand what is that...
Will be grateful if someone can help me out with this...thanks

u copy the crack exe from the crack folder to the installed folder, make sure to rename the original file dont overwrite.
also make sure they r in the same folder which means correct location.
then run the registry file which will add the info to the registry so that u can play.
start the game

which is the registry file?

you rename the original exe file can le, like add a 1 behind the name.
you dled a ripped game or u use some software to emulate the iso file?
the reg file should be in the folder where u dl the whole thing from -
