  wonder if anyone can recommend me one and tell me where can I buy it in Sg?

  Eh. If you are scanning many hardcopy documents with this pen thing, I would suggest you to get a decent scanner with a functional OCR software instead.

  yeah but i needed it to be portable....

  anyway just now i was thinking, heck, just use camera take picture ...
