  hw to remove pictures & organise the photo galleries?

  My method is to sync my ipod to a folder with the photos (eg Ipod Photos).
  
  Everytime i want to remove the photo from ipod, i just remove the pic from that 'Ipod Photos' folder then sync using iTunes.
  
  May not be the best method...maybe some other users have a better way?
  I'm using windows btw...

  Create Albums to organise them, or simply choose a folder to sync.
