The X1600 is obviously a notch up but more expensive also.ATI graphics card generally produces better images compared to Nvidia.

I thought Nvidia always been a headstart in graphics. Their 8800 GTX still the craziest compared to ATI 2900XTX.
7300 is alittle weak for me. Try the 256 7900GT DDR3 which is the best option to go for if u are into serious gaming and 8800 too expensive for you.

actually i just want to buy a graphic for my game... medieval 2 total war. cuz one battle can have like 2000 soldiers on the map and it gets very laggy...
running on desktop by the way.
