Unbootable Windows XP CD

  I want to do partition & format my hardisk, but I got this unbootable Windows XP CD, what should I do now?
  
  I did set my Bios - CD Rom to 1st boot, but problem can't solve.

  Eh I guess you burned the disc as data. It should be burned as an image; try Nero or Alcohol for that.
