i think yr is really very slow ....
i share my setting ... a few thing need to set
btw im using uTorrent coz take up less resource and dont make the comp that lag ..
1. setting on utorrent
a.
connectionport is the more important set it to a higher number .. i forget y already but i read somewhere .. coz need to find a port that not in use bla bla ..
b.
bittorentwhat u need to change here is yr global maximum no of connection and maximum no of connected peer .. if u have a faster connection u can set it higher .. but not to much till yr whole connection goes to utorrent and u cant surf net .. here need trial and error on yr own
2. setting on window firewall
u need two add in two item here .. utorrent tcp and utorrent udp and rmb to allow them
now after u have add them .. highlight udp and tcp .. click edit button and key in yr utorrent port no
3. if u have router .. ( u need to do port forward .. not gg to show here ) .. hope u understand my setting
