  What is the error?
  
  Anyway, there's a chance that the installer is corrupted, so Windows can't install it.
  
  msiexec.exe is Windows Installer, which installs programs on Windows.

  huh what you mean?
  
  the installer hanged halfway then show me the usual error message lor
  
  then the heading wrote misexe.exe
  
  actually before that I installed once..it was successful then suddenly in the midst my computer auto-restarted..and when I tried to install again it showed me the error message

  Is the program able to run?
  
  Can you check that if it's already added to Add/Remove Programs.
  
  Select the program, click on Change/Remove. Then select Repair if the option is available.
  
  Otherwise, there might be a link below the program. Click on the link and select Repair.
