If i am not mistaken , once u tap into someone else's connection they can see in the router. DHCP list or something. Worry more on what the person will do if he knows who tapping his internet. he he...but then again.. he did not password protect it.

Have you forgotten the case when that teenage boy got sentenced for illegally using his neighbour's wireless connection?
