CPU electric current remedy help ! Urgent

  When i on and touch mine CPU there is an electric current running which shocked mine hands...
  
  mine CPU also emit a beep beep beep sound in 3 seconds interval....monitor is blank..
  
  It happen because the airport staff thow or maybe handle mine CPU box roughly..
  
  How should i remedy this..i dun wana spend a bomb to repair this..
  
  Is there any solution i should try out?

  If electric current can run out of the box, either the power supply is gone case, or at its worse, your motherboard is gone as well.
  
  You could try replacing the power supply first. If it doesn't work... then a new motherboard.
  
  The rest of your components may still be working though... just need to get a compatible motherboard for your processor.

  Check out the beeps meaning on link .
  
  Think maybe your ram. just take them out and reinsert them again, then switch on.

  This could be due to static discharges.
  
  Before booting your CPU again, check that there is nothing that is short circuiting the CPU(For example, make sure there is no extra spacers on the motherboard mounting)
  
  Then try booting again.
