  Got but the converter i use only for ipod, mobile phone and psp. Search Free Video to iPod Converter in cnet.

  If the PSP is mp4 compatible, then I guess it should work just fine.

  For iPod, I chose the one with 768kbps of Stereo. There are lots of choices for your movies and even Animes. Each has different quality output so try and test for the one you think is the best.
