Recommend me a good firewall

  Recommend me a good firewall that fufils the following:
  
  1. Must be able to set custom rules and filters
  2. UI must be easily understandable
  3. Must be free
  4. Preferably doesnt consume more than 24mb of ram
  
  Excluding the following firewalls:
  
  1. ZoneAlarm
  2. Sygate
  3. Comodo
  4. Jetico
  
  I know I'm asking alot, but no harm asking

  none, because i can find crack for all of it, so it is not good already
  
  even you have so good firewall, next time, when you download, your download speed will be screw up
  
  a firewall is just there for me to feel safe, thats all,

  I only used SoftPerfect Firewall for a while. Not to my liking, so I switched to Kerio.

  SoftPerfect Firewall is not bad, but uses 4 apps, namely
  
  dllhost x2, f-something one and a mircrosoft sql server related exe.
  
  Total add up more than what zonealarm used to use...

  btw i only try softperfect, coz peerguardian blocks the other ips and i cant unblock it now for security reasons.

  its not named ms-sql, but i search the process and processlibrary say its related to ms-sql. once i uninstalled softperfect it also dissapeared, so I'm sure softperfect is the one that opened it.

  I am pleasantly appalled, shocked, and surprised that a 19 yr old girl could know A LOT abt technology, and this is my first time encountering this after reading some of your posts.
