Time for my contribution for freeware. Some have been posted so I post those not yet posted.
RegScrubXP A windows registry cleaner that is small and compact. Only for Win2K and WinXP.
TagScanner A mp3 id tag editor. It provides batch mode editing and renaming.
NetTerm A telnet like terminal for doing login connection to Unix or Linux server.
EventCorder A software that can record keystrokes and then re-played them out while you look on.
WinGrep An equivalent to Unix grep command but with GUI and in Windows environment. Great for searching for keyword in files and folders.
ExamDiff A very small and simple software for doing file comparison for text files.
SourceEdit A text editor with FTP save like feature and bundled with a FTP program called File Courier and a hex file editor called Hex Source -

It is not. I used it for my software development automated software testing. Great testing tool especially for software that is GUI based. I cannot be clicking it all the time as I do testing rite?
It is also useful for self-presentation to customers and maybe as a help file on how to use certain feature?
If ppl want to use it for other purposes then I got nothing to say. Take a look at the website, it is a legitimate company doing software product development

If you look closer it say FREE Download NO TRIAL PERIOD. It mean it is basically freeware and you only need to pay if you want more advanced features -

This software helps to clear unnecessary files in your computer easily. It also corrects registry errors. It's a small and highly efficient piece of software.
It really helped to free up quite a bit of hard disk space and sped up my computer noticeably after the first time I used it. I highly recommend it.
