I am curious about MRI scan. Thus, I would like to find out what is the possibility/chances for a MRI scan to be diagnosed wrongly?

MRI is not always the diagnostic tool of choice to image particular tissues. For instance, Doppler ultrasound is equal or superior to an MRI for injuries or diseases of the tendons. Ultrasounds are also preferable for the imaging of fetuses during pregnancy.
I've had an MRI scan which proved unable to detect my torn ligament. Heng got experienced doctor look at my XRAY and deduce the right problem
