you're not fat la! mm don't take slimming pills! losing that few kgs at the risk of your health is not worth it. if you are really keen on weight loss products, do consider one that is non-stimulant i.e. not something that will cause you to shed some kgs and then make u rebound again. go on low-GI foods.. then won't feel hungry so soon. walking is good! at least you move. maybe can increase the intensity.. walk faster then you will perspire and burn more calories! i was on replacement meals for 5 days and I lost 2kg :) what's more is I didn't gain the weight back and lost cravings for unhealthy sugary foods. so yea. lost a few more kgs :)

Just go to gym for workout and watch your diet, should be about to slim in times, otherwise you can always visit family doctor for advise or try liposuction in public hospitals if you have the money.

For those of you who still takes them regardless of their health effects, can you give like reviews on the process and the brand that you took? Im not sure whether i should consider this option. Im 162cm and 53kg. And i think im just freaking fat but i have no time to really jog. i will recommend u NOT to take as there's lots of side effects after u eat the pills
