How to cure dizziness?

  I have been dizzy the whole day and i cant do anything about it. I can even do my stuff cos i am real dizzy and i lie on the bed nearly the entire day. Is there anything at home which can help to cure dizziness? I tried panadol but it didnt help much. thanks!

  next GE vote opposition, not only dizzness can cure, headaches and migraines also can kill.

  Inner ear damage affecting your balancing system.

  Go see a doctor,  ear neck and throat .

  They will probably recommend you seek therapy to retrain your brain on your balancing function.
