Painful headache after i cough

Anybody experience this before. Im very sick now, got fever, cough. Whenever i cough, my head( brain ) hurts/ dizzy very much. Then i can hear my heart beating very fast after i cough. No flu. But what am i having??? Cannot be cold.

Got see doctor ?
Dizzy , like room spinning is your inner ear infection. Vertigo. I think your infection has spread up your head area.
Get doc to give u antibiotic.
Infections can spread very rapidly within a couple of hours. So don't delay in seeking medical help.

Went liao. Doctor say if the antibiotic amoxycillin fails, i might need to get my blood checked for dengue
