now 17yrs old. how to grow taller?

  Hello fellow mates, Is there any way to grow taller before your enlistment date?

  I'm prolly 160 ~ 163cm  and weigh 50kg.

  Aiming for at least 170cm by end of this year..

  lazy methods = slow growth = just hang from the bar there lor...

  hardworking methods = good and fast growth = rope skipping/ basketball/ swimming
