How do u prevent having an ulcer?

  especially on the tongue. erm how u guys prevent all these ulcer? i dont get it.. i eat orange lots of times but i still sometimes get an ulcer.

  Heard that the amount of water input might affect it... not sure if true or not......

   

  Oh, about the orange, Wiki says:

  Acidic food such as citrus fruit may cause mouth ulcers.¹³
