My teeth ache like hell and decaying and dentist recommended root canal. how much does it costs?
why din u ask the dentist?
At least a few hundreds, and up to 2000 bucks. It involves drilling your teeth all the way down to your gums to get your rotting gum fixed. Then replace the top of your tooth with a crown, and that itself costs a bomb.
dentist told me root canal involved 3 sessions at least. costs involved root canal exclude crown. if I remember correctly, he said root canal costs 800, excluding crown. crown costs 800 or more?

Crown costs dependent on the material you want it made of, could be cheap composite, or expensive titanium, and yes gold.

root canal...is to remove the nerve in the tooth
never floss or brush properly
Also depends on your teeth. Some people can floss and brush everyday and still get cavities because there are spots they just cannot reach. Some people floss once a week and never get cavities.

I also think it has something to do with genetics, some people don't brush nor floss their teeth, and their condition is still better than mine, even though I put maximum regimentation and methods into taking extreme good care of them. I even stopped taking candy!

Maybe you overbrushed.
Root canal is also a colloquial term for a dental operation, endodontic therapy, wherein the pulp is cleaned out, the space disinfected and then filled.
