How & Where To Complain Against Private Clinic Doctor ?

brudderz......................i need you guys to help me pleeeeezzzz.................
i was waaaaay over-charged by a private clinic doctor and i need to know what i can do about it.
where to make a complaint ?
and how do i do it ?
got any chance to get partial refund ?

since its private clinic they set their own price.thats why i perfer poly clinic.

U know my mom c one doc cost 500 SGD.Can buy a few lego sets le.
My friend see psychiatrist one time 300 SGD.
I flu see doc 50 SGD.
Private clinic is expensive.

just go to SMA website and complain lor. Anyway, is there such a thing as overcharged these days? One visit is easily $30-$40.

i'm referring to those normal neighbourhood clinics......................
got flu cost me $28...........................
but i fell down cost me $60.........................!!!

It depends on the type of medication administered and the consultation cost.
All clinics are supposed to provide the minimum consultation cost and medication, they need to breakdown the cost.

so to complain , go SMA (S'pore Medical Association ?) website can already ?
no need to go there in person ?

To lodge a complain, please send the email to Singapore Medical Council, not SMA.
