  hi just went to doctor check up my blood pressure is 190.can i know what are the advatanges and disadvantages thanks.i not yet NS

  I assume 190 is your systolic, so what is your diastolic? You need both values to make sense, but 190 is totally off the charts, your arteries should have burst by now.
