constipation problems

  please help me.

  i have constipation for 4 days. i drank prune juice and use laxative but it is no use.

  any ideas how ?

   

  btw i have constipation frequently. is there anything wrong with me ?

  go see doc in GP. if u want subsidized consultation, go to polyclinic and see the doc lar
