How to stop hair loss?

its every guy worst nightmare, receding hair line.
I am taking minixodil spray, hope it works. if it doesnt, have to pop propecia to stem the effects of DHT, the male hormone.
I have read that besides these, got hair transplant and laser hair therapy. anyone know about these?

To be honest, I think losing hair is nothing to feel bad about. You probably feel bad because of all the commercials out there, but those commercials are from companies wanting to make you feel bad so that you will need them, otherwise they no business. What i would do in such occasions is probably shave all or shave until very short, like those of US Seal Team, turn that into a strength.

who tried yunnam or beijing 101?
I got ex colleague who told me that she spent a few thousand dollars on beijing 101. all they do for you is to put herbs onto your hair. the smell is so strong it stank. no scientific evidence to show it works really.

ya i went to yun nam before...had the treatment for about 7months, spent few thousands on it and see no effect....

I heard that yun nam all these not effective one...hmmm if got no money to burn then try coconut hair oil (usually used by indians)..

scientifically, there are 2 options for you. take propecia or/and minixodil, which I am doing now. Minixodil is a spray, costs about $55. I can see a few strands of hair growing in the bald patch, but at least it gives you some hope.
so whats the treatment at yunnam? put herbs onto your hair isnt it there?

u have to know what is causing the hair loss? the male hormone DHT. side effects for taking propecia is loss of sexual appetite. now you see right lol

Hey Rooney, tried changing your eating habits? Cause MSG will cause your hair to fall.
Mine dropped due to my eating habits.
oh and i use this with the anti hairfall conditioner, pretty good. My hair's much better now. (Not oily, soft and not brittle)

science said its the DHT leh, the male hormone for causing male pattern hairloss.
if your dad is also like that, most likely you are too.

Actually.. almost every male will have receding hairline. It's how soon it will happen..

erm yes it wouldnt hurt, but then you spend unnecessary money on accessories or shampoos or conditioners lor.
got a doctor told me, he once saw a man who went to buy shampoos and conditioners, and he feel like telling him that is no use one, better take propecia lol.

Rooney pro, since he real life also botak.
Anyway consult a doctor first before taking pills. Some problems are cause by genetics, Like my mum. or the shampoo itself.

it's a placebo effect..
I don't find it's exactly unnecessary, cause you still would have to wash your hair.
If it's to the extent of buying a $50 shampoo. yes that's extreme.
But if it's $10.. and it really improves the condition of the hair.. then haha most will swear by it

doctors recommend taking propecia what lol. even so, its not even guaranteed it will work. depend on the genetics also.

Got shampoo and conditioner (different types, like hair strengthening, hair fall ..)
