  Hi all, i need advise on this!!! 1. is it a must for me to get a referral letter in order to do this minor surgery? 2. if i just go down straight to the hospital and flashes my 11b, would i have to pay for any fee? Thanks.

  Wah young boy only why want do this?

  Considering this is not a proper medical condition that SAF covers nor is it a cosmetic operation that SAF does NOT cover, i really wonder what this will fall under.

  to do an outpatient surgery you have to see a doctor first.

  Hi Descendentlizard,

  I believe that vasectomy will not be covered for by the 11B, unless for some reason you have been referred by your camp's MO to go for it.
