  Hi everyone

  May I know what's the best glucosamine brand available from pharmacies?

  Also, there are two kinds of glucosamin, ie

  Glucosamine sulphate vs glucosamine hydrochloride.

  May I know what's the difference between the both of them and which is more effective?

  you should also supplement with calcium.
