WTF! White patches on my scalp!

Please help me!! I recently got a haircut and Ifound out I have weird white flaky patches on my scalp!! mainly at the back of my head near my neck all the way to my sideburn areas.. its so disgusting.. when i scratch its like dandruff but there is so many of this patches.. i'm so freaked out cuz its just so disgusting please help me!!

I believe I had this before. Fungus I think. Visit the doctor le and stop scratching, it will get worst.

Oh yes, could be white spots too, which expands to the back of your neck. I can't see from the picture clearly, but it does seem you have white spots at the back of your neck, left side, which joins the white patches of your head. Visit your doctor early le before they spread kk

Lol yes it can, don't worry. Just make sure you don't bathe when you're still perspiring. Or wear cap when you're perspiring also. Cool down first, towel down your perspiration, then bathe. Other then that, if doctor give cream medication, faithfully apply it strictly according to the dosage and time. After 2-3 weeks, will start disappear le..

is it psoriasis? i am having psoriasis , but under medication control , there is no cure for this. i have the rashes on my scalp and some on the body , but mine is very mild. i not confirm though. maybe u shld try to see a doc.

I did some searching on the net and found something like this and it said that its caused by using too much shampoo. I do use alot of anti-dandruff shampoo because at first I noticed i have alot of dandruff (aleast thats what i taught it was) and then earlier today i got a haircut and found out its this disgusting horifying white patches... Should I stop using shampoo and see what happens??

I think its best that you discovered it sooner, rather then later. Coz it can spread and without realising it, your whole scalp may be engulfed with the white stuffs.
It can be a possible that the shampoo you are using may not suit your scap. Perhaps you should change to a milder shampoo instead of stopping using shampoo altogether?
Once again, the doctor can give you better advice and medication for it bro :)

Anyway, I went to see a doctor earlier today..(costed $30!!!

the doctor said i may have psoriasis and gave me 2 sets of some creamy stuff to
aply 3 times a day and the also gave a referall to see a skin doctor..
which I think is gona be expensive.. I'd go but I dont think i have the
money 
EDIT: I forgot to add, what happens if i use too much of the cream given? and also, I forgot to ask the doctor whether I should apply both sets of the cream at same time because I am suposed to apply both of it 3 times a day... what do u think?? -
