Did MOH screw up?

several weeks ago, when it was clear that the number of H1N1 cases in the world is dwindling, it appears to me that Ministry of Health started to relax and became complacent increasingly day by day........then......
BOOM!!!!!! Cases now in SG number up to 160++ and still increasing everyday.
WTH do these fools think they're doing??!!!
when the 1st H1N1 case in SG was found, then MOH *must* quarantine all visitors arriving to SG by plane for 7 days in CDC or some Aloha Resorts until they're cleared before they can be released out.
idiots.....you've people arriving to SG by the thousands daily and even if 1% of these thousands have H1N1, then Singapore is screwed.
i can tell u those temperature scanning for useless and only for placebo effect to calm the minds and hearts of the people here.
now, it seems to me that MOH is accepting the fact that there's nothing more to be done (where's the Tamiflu and Relenza vaccine for us Singaporeans??!!!!), and that "we have to live with the H1N1 virus".
screw this. if i get killed by this virus, i'm gonna live with you forever, Khaw.

i just dont' want. to have bunch of student carry the virus around. imagine you just go down stair eat chicken rice.
then 1 kid from a particular caught the virus by his friend who is rich enough to go USA and bring back the virus with him.
end up we all also tio..
some more school so small..
1 can easily spread 10, 10 to 100...

this kind of virus is spreading around, and singapore still think of the AYG as a priority?
as a government you should be aware of your citizen health before anything.
if AYG became the main cause of every one getting the virus. who is to blame?
is the government going to blame the citizen of not getting clean enough? must bring 1 bottle of freaking dettol every where you go?

u cannot play around with virus......no one can guarantee what will happen next.
like that europe flu centuries ago where it was mild and everyone brush it off, then it returned in winter to decimate entire populations.
don't be surprised if H1N1 suddendly mutate to become the Black Death of the 21 century and wipe off 40% of Asia's population.

Given the situation now, there is a high possibility of a large community widespread to happen here. Many will be dis-satisfied at the government for not taking the necessary actions, and so more will vote against them in the coming election.
