My elbows and my hip joints are clicking .. i dont know why .. it has nothing to do with tempreture ..
i'm a hockey player and a skater on weekends ..
for my elbow .. SOMETIMES when i try to pick up even just a roll of toilet paper after like 120 degrees it will lock up and i'll have to drop what ever i'm holding and bring it back up to my shoulder ( 0 degrees) .. i dont understand ..
but for my hip it's not that bad .. when i'm sitting(chair) the joint will just click when i spread my leg apart .. or like when i'm in the "kiao kah" position and i try to bring it back to both feet touching the ground ... it hurts slightly but i'm concerened that it would be a big problem ..
do you want to go see a doctor?
the clicking is called crepitus in medical term... go research on it...
