Singapore has an advantage compared to the other countries?
I am sure many of u wondering what i am talking about.
It goes like this, because of the rule of law, everything is effectively regulated and controlled through lawful means but in some domestic sectors like the Medical sector and possibly the upcoming casino sector. Because these sectors are the core cash cow hubs of singapore which attracts customers.
In other countries, corporations do have industry regulations to avoid malpractices , corruption ect e.g coverup and scandals in hospitals. But these are hampered by the free democracy in those countries which has loopholes which these corporations can escape. They probably have ways to get around the laws like a binding agreement which holds the service provider not liable for any undesirable consequences which may result especially in cases of organ transplant and bypass surgeries. But any malpractice or wrondings can effectively be covered up.
is singapore a good medical hub? Defintely it is.
with medisave and medishield LOL
i am not talking about medical insurance. I am talking about the rule of law and how it affects the way a medical service is delivered.
No point of having such laws with incompetant medical professionals.

this is your first post and i have a feeling that you will have a great time here.
Cover up, oh sure, guess they forget to cover your ass hor. Hmmm...so forgetful, but that is not malpractice, it's rather a mistake that they forget to cover your ass. So, it is normal that you make some noises here.
