Looking for effective + strong pimple cream

  Hi guys i'm currently trying to find a effective pimple cream .

  Clearasil dosent work for me neither does most of the creams those people ask me to try at guardian or watsons .

   

  Currently asking whether your got any good pimple cream to clear pimples quickly , have a oily face though ... but wash my face around 3 times when i bathe .

   

  Dont mind if its expensive . thanks !!
