Help i think i have dick cancer !

Ok this is embarrassing .
10 Days ago while i was doing it with a girl friend i got to know through my friend . I realised i had a small lump on my dick . Is kina like when a mosquito bits you . And u get a small swell on ur other parts of your body . Ya it`s that kina size .
At first i though it was just a mosquito bit and just didnt care . But 10 days already the small lump is still there . I`ve tried reading up online and asking my friends but havent found any answers yet . And it`s very embarrassing to go seea doctor on this matter .
The reason i think it`s cancer is because whenever i smoke in the toilet , i would just throw the cig in the toilet bowl and a bit of the smoke would come in contact with my private part (dick) . But on the other hand i`ve started smoking like 2 years only . So could it be cancer ? Or could it be some std ?
Besides the small lump there is really nothing else that`s wrong . As in i pee normaly no blood or pain .
Also whenever i have intercourse i always use the condom . Plus i dont really have that much of a sex life . Around twice a month only.
Any doctors or people with such experience here . Pls give some constrictive advise . Or maybe you guys know wat is this small lump that i have . Thanks

dont worry..haha i oso got before..twice somemore XD got like small lump lump because its coped up in ur underwear all day..it accumulate all the sweat and stuff,so will have like pimple. Its so same as ur forehead,if ur hair is covering it and it sweats,u will have pimples on ur forehead right..haha.
Dont worry so much,its not cancer,it will go away soon :D

I just checked it and it looks like a pimple i guess.
Can see a really small white head and when i squeeze it . It kina hurts . So i think 60% is pimple .
I dont think my dick will be gone so early . So many hot girls out there i havent get on bed with . NOOOOOOOO .
