Getting a specialist letter from hospital

  i had a operation like 10 years ago and i would like to know is there any way i can get any letter or specialist letter abt my operation and how do i do it

  go back to the hospital & enquire..

  they scan your i/c, they should know..

  using the letter that was dated 10yrs back won't get ts to keng assuming if his enlistment date is coming..

  i dont think they will have it.. unless u been going for check-ups after that. 10 years is a long time
