just now when i pangsai.. i kua bozhua as normal.. then when i clean my backside, I SAW BLOOD WTF. i scared i tio cancer leh. i think i better go see a doc later.

1- I drink beer once in a while, but i don't get drunk.
2- my fingernails are short and my toilet paper high class one ok :D

If you see fresh blood, most likely it is piles or heatiness.
If it is internal bleeding, you will not see the blood at all, the indication would be your bowels come out very very dark in color almost black in color.
