Depends on what sort of tumours. Cancer of the ovaries can certainly be fatal and tends to be detected late. If you are concerned about pregnancy, I presume you are referring to a young person. Ovarian cancer tends to occur in older patients.
If it is a benign cyst (e.g. serous cystadenoma), it is easily removed and should not affect the chances of pregnancy if the procedure is successful. On the other hand, if the 'tumour' is say, an endometriotic cyst, then there could be problems with pelvic adhesions and tubal blockage due to the endometriosis itself. Surgery can actually help to lyse the adhesions and burn off the endometriotic spots. Hormonal treatment will be necessary to control the underlying disease.
If it is cancer, then pregnancy is the last of your worries.
