Hi Guys, I got some questions about perspire/sweats.
I noticed that I did not perspire that much when I do some sports/exercises, compared to my friends who are doing exactly the same thing. Even when I was running for my 2.4 km napfa test, I would only perspire a lil, but would have hot flushes (my friend even commented that my face is as red as lobster). I don't really bother that much, but is it necessary for me to go for a check up or sth? Is it due to lack of water? Tho I've tried to increase my H2O intake. If I were to see a doc, what kinda of check up should I request for?
