  I can tell you only what you have sure heard before. Clean your face with solution meant for the type of skin which you have, wash your face regulary. Visiting a cosmetic saloon would be fine too, your face can be cleaned there professionally.
  
  Also healthy died conributes to a nice and clean skin. No roasted meals, less spiced meals, no chocolate, lot of vegetables and fruits.

  Well, you can't get rid of it just so and cheap. It's only possible the surgical way. Don't even dare to scratch it off or anything else.

  Some moles can regress or become less apparent with time. I presume yours is becoming more prominent and you want it removed for cosmetic reasons. Just cut it out...a small procedure...
