weakening of hand grip

notice this prob of mine nowsdays haiz..
when i try to turn something hard or press something hard..for example turing a very tight cap, pressing down a nail clipper, or even write something..i have this feeling of weakness n tingy effect on my hand n i simply dont have the strehgth to do that..this gets worse after intense laughter..
just wondering wad causes this? is it due to overstraining? cause i m liftign weights so some pressure must be used on my hand grip..or isit something mroe serious.. -
It can be overstraining, but it can be also a neurological or muscular problem. Do you have also pain? How long have you been having this? One hand or both hands? Try to spare the hand for 2 weeks and see if it continues.

maybe this is the early symptoms of artrichist..

Please no medication advice, there is something called responsibility. Advice on vitamines, minerals and natural stuff is ok, advice on medication without knowing the diagnosis is irresponsible and dangerous.
I would say it's something neurological if it continues even after sparing the hand to let it rest. It would be too daring from me to think of something like MS so I join you in the advice to consult a specialist (neurologist), or first a GP who can suggest a specialist if needed.
