Although the apple, at the retina level of processing, appears off red, the brain wasnt fooled, and we still stick to the answer that an apple is red.
Probably if you asked a kid, the child would give you what he/she sees, but not for adults.
Reason: through experience, we thought ourselves not to be tricked by what the eyes see. secondly, we are 'trained' to look at the world under white light. so even under different coloured lights, the objects we see would b represented in the brain like how it was under white light!
